Pitching Clinics - Valbrook Baseball Academy

Pitching clinics are also given two days per week.

Basic pitching mechanics are stressed. Balance point, arm angle, and power position drills are incorporated into the instruction.

For the older pitchers, we work on two-seam and four seam grips as well as changing speeds and location.
